We bought our van in April 2023, at Highbridge Caravans in Somerset. It was a (lightly) used model, and meant that we didn’t need to wait another year (or more) for the new one that we’d ordered the previous autumn. Here we are on the day of collection, with the van’s original registration number:
After the handover we drove the few miles to the coast at Burnham-on-sea, bought fish & chips for lunch …
… followed by a walk along the beach:
Our drive home took us past Bristol, the home of Aardman, and where we stopped to pop in to the Gromit Unleashed store to buy our mascot!
This was only 6 months ago, though it feels a lot longer, and I have a lot of catching up to post about what we’ve done to the van and where we’ve been with it! Check back here soon for updates.
